DARCY HENDERSON WAS your average 13 year old girl from new york city. well, to some people she was average. darcy was the best player on her home town Ice hockey team, the manhattan wolves. she was the quickest backwards skater and was known for her wittiness, sarcasm and her quick tongue. her mother, tara henderson, was a professional figure skater when she was younger and made it to the olympics. her father, lawrence henderson, works in businesses and finances and has always wanted the best for his children. darcy's brother, corey henderson, is on the local soccer team for nyc and is really close with his younger sister. ever since she was little, darcy's dream was to compete in the junior goodwill games in los angeles, california. fortunately for darcy,
her dream came true.
