In this story, Felix is female to male (ftm) transgender. This means that he was born in a female's body but feels that his gender is male.
He has not had any surgery, and his assigned sex/birth gender is a secret from the rest of Stray Kids.
Although the characters are based off those from Stray Kids in real life, this is a work of fiction. None of Stray Kids members are gay or transgender (that we know of) and Chanlix are just bros.
