Hey, I'm trying to write a book that has trans, non-binary, and genderfluid characters, but I'm worried that I'll mess them up. Does anyone have tips that I can use to write them? I just don't want the characters to come off as disingenuous.
@Aegis37 Heyy! Hm, it’s a bit difficult to give ‘tips’ in general. I would suggest you get a sensitivity reader who shares those identities if possible. And don’t forget to do your research before you write! You can check out some ‘own voices’ stories and go from there :)
