Chapter 2 : Getting Settled

The City of Tokyo was really home to the best school in Japan and Even though he was a year late nishikata was finally entering Totomi High, but first he needed a place to stay

At the railway station

Nishikata : where do you stay takagi?

Takagi : me, sumire and houjou rent an apartment near the school, we're roommates

Nishikata : doesn't the high school provide dorms? Also there aren't any apartments near the school so how do you?

Takagi : well the dorms are always full of drama like there's this one rich girl who thinks the world revolves around her, we like to stay away from the drama...

Nishikata : oh?

Takagi : it's close enough to go by bike and more people from the same school stay there so there is a bus stop on the nearby road so you can use the bus if we want and the school allows vehicles so we can use a vehicle if we want

Nishikata : well I'm also staying in an apartment...

Takagi : don't you guys have mansion in Tokyo?

Nishikata : well I don't really want to shout that fact about...

Takagi : yeah you hid it for years In middle school

Nishikata : so I'll be moving into an apartment with Lexi...

Takagi : who's Lexi?

Nishikata : yeah we got a kitten a few months back we just call her lexi and I'm not going anywhere without her

Takagi : oh? I want to meet this kitty

Nishikata : well my house is just a bunch of cardboard boxes for now so maybe later...

Takagi : don't worry I'll help you sort those boxes

Nishikata : you don't wanna ruin your Sunday by helping me unpack cause I know there are a lot of boxes

Takagi : the day won't be ruined if I spend it with you.... Plus I'll get to know your new address...

Nishikata : speaking of addresses I can drop you home if you'd like...

Takagi : yeah sure

After dropping her off

Nishikata : wait....

Takagi : what?

Nishikata : this is it.. Which floor do you girls live in?

Takagi : the third floor 3-B... Why?

Nishikata : well... ( he pulled her along...) this sign says that this building is owned by a certain a company... And that company is owned by the togami corporation...

Takagi : wait... I remember... Shuichi-san helped us to find a good place with less rent for us...he offered staying in one of their houses for free but it didn't feel right...

Nishikata : shuichi.... He definitely planned this... I don't know if I should thank him or beat his ass...

Takagi : well he owns this entire building so he gave  us a discount on the rent.. Whats wrong with that?

Nishikata : I'm staying in the same building... On the fourth floor 4-B.......

Takagi : just above us!! ( she hugged him) that's wonderful!!

Nishikata : I never said it isn't... I'm just suprised he didn't tell me earlier...

Takagi : well let's go meet with the others!!
