Takagi-San. After the festival...

Number 6

Takagi and Nishikata had been at school, and just as they were about to head home, Takagi was called into school for longer for no important reason. Nishikata walked home by himself. After 10 minutes, he received a call from his part time job. asking if he could come in to work as they are understaffed. He sent Takagi a text saying,

NIHISKATA: "I have to go to work, so I'll be gone when you get back. Sorry."

TAKAGI: "Okay. I'll miss you x"

NISHIKATA: "Me too" (should I do this? Yeah) "x" *blushes*

TAKAGI: "Are you blushing?"

NISHIKATA: "No! Anyway, got to go."

Nishikata left, and Takagi got home to, as she expected just Chi. She went on a walk with her and made tea. She then got quite bored, dipping in and out of books and tidying the apartment in places. She was about to start sleeping when she received a text. To her suprise, it was from Nishikata. It read,

NISHIKATA: "How are you? Sorry I couldn't see you today. x"

TAKAGI: "Aren't you still working? Thanks for using the 'x'"

NISHIKATA: "Just needed me for rush hour, It's quiet now, but I could earn some extra money if I stay a bit longer. x"

TAKAGI: "Okay. By the way, are you blushing? x"

NISHIKATA: "Um no. Also, I can come home if you want. x"

TAKAGI: "Sure, that would be great. x"

NISHIKATA: "K, see you soon. x"

Nishikata ended his shift, his boss thanked him, and he headed home. When he arrived, Takagi ran up to him and kissed him on the cheek, which made Nishikata blush, though less than in the past.

NISHIKATA: (She's acting as though we're married, I wonder If she knows it, and she is teasing me, or if I'm thinking too much)

TAKAGI: "Why do you think so much?"

NISHIKATA: "I don't know." (I used to think she was reading my mind, but I've learned)

TAKAGI: "Guess I'll have to work harder to tease you then."

NISHIKATA: "Wha-" (Wait a minute!)

TAKAGI: "There you go!" 

NISHIKATA: (Darn you Takagi!)

BTW I have a one shot out. It's short, but i'm still proud of it.
