The next day, as Takagi was wrapping up her shift at the store, Nishikata came in and Takagi said,
TAKAGI: "What are you doing here?"
NISHIKATA: Oh, just picking up a few things, you know, some chips, some chocolate and... You."
TAKAGI: (What's this all about?)
NISHIKATA: "How about we have a contest? Whoever can recite the most of your pranks wins, Deal?" (I'm sure I can win this!)
TAKAGI: (So that's what this is about) "Okay then, let's go."
As they strolled home, they named Takagi's pranks one by one, but, of course, Takagi won. She's Takagi after all.
Later that day, Nishikata heard crying coming from their room. When he entered, he saw Takagi upset and he asked,
NISHIKATA: "Are you ok, Takagi?"
TAKAGI: "Yeah, sorry, I'm just so happy."
NISHIKATA: "About what?"
TAKAGI "About being able to be with someone as amazing as you."
NISHIKATA: *blushes* "Well, I am too." (What did I just say?) "Unless this is a prank."
TAKAGI: No, it's not."
NISHIKATA: "Okay then."
