Midoriya was perfectly alright, and totallyyy paying attention.
Only one of those was a lie.

He was not alright and the only thing he was paying attention to, was the thoughts in his head. See, only one lie. This might explain the startle he got when his name got shouted out at him. "YADORMII!! Hay, little listener! Care to answer the question?" He whipped his head, "Uh-" Internally panicking, he sighed, and made his voice meek. "What was the question?" But of course, the whole class -which was actually paying attention, he might add- heard.
And if he heard barking laughter from a couple seats around him, he didn't pay it any mind. I mean, who even cared about the blonde's opinion anyway-

>
"Hay, Izu! Come here!" Toga giggled dragging him to the side of a conjoined bathroom. He covered his mouth to shut his own laughter down, and partly because they where crouching next to a trashcan. "He should be coming soon." Izuku said, peering around the edge with his blonde accomplice.

"So.. Now do you know the answer?" Mic drawled on, making movements with his hands. Midoriya would have startled again with how close Mic had gotten if he hadn't grasped this reality quick enough. "Uhmm,.." He tried to stall, shoot, he had zoned out.!
"Hah, it's clear this nerd doesn't know the answer. Teach! Let someone else answer the question." Bakugo looked smug as heck. "Alright, even though you didn't raise your hand Bak-" Izuku decided he wanted to do something,- no. Yadormii was going to. "I don't know how this makes me the nerd in this situation if you seem to know the answer." He spoke up, getting a few interested glances his way.

He simply played it off cool, turning back to face his notes. President Mic, their English teacher, was quite for just a while longer. "You've both interrupted the teacher now, but I'll let it slide. Please revert your attention back to the front.."

Class couldn't have gotten more interesting even if Bakugo had gotten the question, right, wrong, or even just stayed silent the whole day. Izuku was rather grateful for the slow, and rather uneventful day. He had barely gotten any sleep.
"Hay, Yadormii!" He heard as he walked though the halls during lunch. To his surprise, Uraraka and Iida where there. "Oh, hay you guys.." He mumbled, trying to sound light-hearted. Even if his voice sounded like he had been screaming all day. (Which wasn't far from the truth.) "You seem a bit tired, did you sleep alright?" Iida commented, tilting his head to better view his eyes. "Um, just a little tired. Just woke up early." Technically it was the truth right? He was up early. "I feel you! I live pretty far away, mornings are a tragic fate." Uraraka feigned a small amount of sadness. "The earlier the better, no?" Iida commented, nodding to agree with himself. "I guess.."

"Himi! You know I have school tomorrow!" She laughed, "I know! We won't keep him locked up the entire night. Right?" The way she said it suggested that it was exactly what she had been planning to do. He weighed his decisions, even if he were to sleep right now he'd probably only get 2-3 hours. Was not worth it if he could use that time with Himiko. "I mean, if we think of it.. We are just keeping him safe for the rest of the shift huh?" He said, making it sound way more heroic than it was. A bit comical.
"How do we plan on scaring him?" He asked her, already knowing she would have some crazy idea. "With this." His eyes widened as he observed what she had. A vile filled with blood. "Who's is it?" He continued to observed as she shook it lightly. The red liquid swishing like waves.

"Some dude. Guess what type of quirk he had?" Himiko showed him a big smile. "Telekenises?" It would make sense if they where trying to convince the security guard he was being haunted by monsters. "Mutation!" She yelled. Or that.
"What mutation is he?" "He was a lizard. Fellow friend of mine, he's a bit scary. Hehe, he wasn't totally on board with giving me some of his blood."
