I was focused on Zuku the entire time during the procedure making sure he was asleep and went in pain

That was....until I heard the cry.

My head turned away from Zuku and I see the doctor holding him

My Son.

"Mr. Todoroki care to do the honors?" Dr. Kani asks me as the nurse hands me scissors

I nod and cut the cord and as a nurse cleans him off and wraps him in a warm towel

"Would you like to hold your son?" She asks and I laugh nervously and nod

The moment he was placed in my arms tears filled my eyes and I look at my Mother

"He's here." I whisper and she stays back so the medical team could work but she gives me a proud look with tears in her eyes as she hugs Inko and they both were crying

I look at him and couldn't help but chuckle at his hair

His right side was green and left side was white hair

He got us both

I do notice his features from his downsyndrome around his eyes a bit and his little ears but they added to his cuteness

I turn to Izuku and see him still out and I think for a second and look at a nurse

"Can I place him on Izuku chest? I'll be right there." I explain and she hesitates but nods

I gently place Katsuo on Zuku chest and put his arms gently on his back and I bring my phone out and take a picture

So you get to see you had him after he was born. Awake or not.

I smile and pick Katsuo back up and kiss his head

"I'm your Papa." I whisper and he opens his eyes a little and even though they're a bit grey I see his right eyes has a green tint like the right side of his hair and a blue eye on the left matching my blue eye

"You're so perfect." I whisper softly and Dr.Kani comes up to me

"With the help of Recovery Girl we are able to fix him up quickly and we just wait till he wakes." He says and I sigh relieved

"Thank you" I whisper and he smiles

He looks at Katsuo softly then at me sighing

"We do need to run some tests on his sight and hearing but also since he has downsyndrome I also want to make sure his health isn't at risk either. You are allowed to come also." He says and I hesitate and I feel a hand and my shoulder

"Hey IcyHot, Auntie, your Mom and I will stay back watching Deku. You know you want to go and watch little Spearmint here and Deku would want you to also." Katsuki says and I snort a bit

"Already with the nickname?" I ask and he smirks patting my shoulder and looks at Katsuo

"He is the perfect mixture of you two. Spearmint works perfectly" He says and I chuckle and look at Dr. Kani

"Yeah I'm going to come with you." I say and he smiles and the nurse brings a little incubator and I place him in and follow them

I turn one more to look at Izuku sleeping calmly and look away

Stay with the baby. He would want you to.

I leave the room my mind focused on my baby

He's really here...

Deku Pov

My eyes flutter open and I hear the light sounds of beeping and I blink a little and turn my head seeing the heart monitor beep steadily
