Chapter 1

"Wait what!?" The class yelled at the beginning of class

It's our 2nd year at UA and Mr.Aizawa just told us the shocking news

"With more students coming in this year we decided to give you roommates for your dormitories," He said not fazed by our reactions

"But can't you guys build more dorms?" Asked Ashido

"As the years move on a bigger dormitory will be built but it's a process, anyways you guys will be given papers to pick your dorm partners, 2 people per dorm. They have to be the same gender as you no buts" He said giving Mineta a look

I flinched at this and Kacchan gave me a look

This means I'm going to have to come out to Mr.Aizawa to figure out my situation

I wanted to be treated normally during my years here. The reason I haven't told the school board

When we had to change or shower I was the last one in and out and the guys thought I was just shy and respected it.

The papers were passed out people got together excited now. I stare at my paper blankly not sure on what to do.

"Hey, Midoriya? Do you want to be my partner?" Todoroki asked

I hesitate and then Iida comes and asks me also "Midoriya do you want to be my partner?" He asks me

I start to get nervous but then I hear someone behind me

"You idiots we already agreed to be partners now go away damn nerds" I hear Kacchan say and I look at him and he gives me a nod

"Yea I'm sorry guys, Kacchan and I decided. We thought it is a great idea to work on our teamwork" I said and smiled

Iida and Todoroki nodded and decided to become roommates as they get along

I turn to Kacchan and sigh "Thank you" I say and bow

He shrugs "It makes sense," He says and we fill out our papers and turn them in with a slight surprised Aizawa looking at us

As the rest of the class finishes up the lunch bell rings

"You guys can move in at the end of the week and you cannot change roommates until next year so you better be sure on who you're stuck with," He says and dismisses us

Iida and Uruaka wait for me and we head to lunch

"So why did you and Bakugou decide to be roommates? I guess you guys get along better now but isn't it much", Uruaka asks

"We thought it would improve our teamwork and push us to be better," I say going off what Kacchan said

Iida buts in "I think it's clever. Putting yourself with someone you rival with to push your limits to be a better hero!" He says and I nod

If only you knew the real reason

I've thought about coming out to my close friends but I always chickened out

"You know the pool is open? And the school allows students to swim after school and most of the class is going you should come to Deku!" Uruaka says excitedly

"That would be a great idea, some fun before we get into the serious parts of our academic year," Iida says and I sigh

"Sure I'll come," I say deciding to wear a shirt over me

"Great! This is gonna be fun!" She says fist-pumping the air

I laugh and smile

Maybe this won't be so bad
