Chapter 20 : Birthday Part 2

Nishikata and takagi were now outside the shopping mall and in front of the amusement park, they han enjoyed rides for the past 2 hours 

Nishikata : park rides.. ( finally clothes shopping is just way too much) 

Takagi : where should we go next? 

Nishikata : I'd say the roller-coaster, what about you 

Takagi : I'll choose the roller-coaster too then 

They both walked around the amusement park and they eventually stopped at the roller-coaster, they fit on the roller-coaster 

Takagi : excited? (she said the roller-coaster moved to its crest) 

Nishikata : it's gonna be fun- 

Before he could finish speaking the roller-coaster was picking up speed, and both erupted in screams 

Takagi : that was pretty fun, what's next? 

Nishikata : let's see… We Have to eat lunch too so we don't have that much time… What do you think? 

Takagi : I mean… Let's get some ice cream while we decide 

Nishikata : yeah… 

They both got themselves ice-creams 

Nishikata : atleast let me pay for this Takagi 

Takagi : nope ( she quickly handed the vendor some money from her bag) 

Nishikata : Takagi… 

Takagi : ( she placed her finger on his mouth to shut him up) to the merry go round it is… 

Nishikata : but-

Takagi : no buts yuki ( she handed him his soft served ice-cream) 

The whole way to the merry go round Nishikata kept protesting but eventually Takagi got annoyed 

Takagi : you know what? Take out your wallet 

Nishikata : finally… you should have agreed first-

Takagi : ( she quickly snatched the wallet and stuffed it in her bag) see? that solves everything 

Nishikata : Takagi you didn't just do that 

Takagi : that's exactly what I did… ( she held his hand pulled him by force) to the merry go round 

Nishikata : welp…. I Guess I'll have to give up… 

They bought the tickets to the merry go round and when they both sat down in the compartment 

Nishikata : ( his ice cream cone was too soft and it w had become soggy) ( he was tried to get all the could before the ice-cream melted) NOOOOO….. ( the cone became too soggy and the ice-cream slipped from his hands) 

Takagi : what is it with you and ice creams, this is the third time this has happened to you ( she chuckled) 

Nishikata : it's just bad luck 

Takagi : let's share mine till then, we can  get more when we get back down 

Nishikata : no I'll just wait till then… 

Takagi : sharing is caring they say ( she placed the cone near his mouth) 

Nishikata : ( 2 years ago I would have completely reject because of the indirect kiss) ( he had a small taste of the ice cream) 

They both shared the ice-cream as takagi held it between them, as they both enjoy the ice-cream it became smaller and smaller, till the part above the cone was gone only the ice cream within the cone remained
