Good afternoon lovelies,
I'm just checking in to update y'all! I am alive and well, so thank you for all those who have been checking in on me. I haven't forgotten about any of you, and am actually getting closer and closer to releasing a new story for everyone. I've been planning it for quite some time now, and it finally looks like it's coming together! It's looking like it will be a trilogy (maybe more??), and YES I have been planning THAT FAR ahead because I am so excited. To any of my fellow social media queens, I will be creating an instagram and tik tok for the series in the near future, so stay tuned for that too, for I will be posting trailers/previews/aesthetics! Anywho, just thought I would let y'all know that. Hope all is well <3

It has been brought to my attention these past few weeks that there are some interesting word choices in my prior novels. I would like to remind y'all that I wrote these books years ago--about eight or nine to be exact, and so there are bound to be things that we as a society have grown from. While I cannot go back and meticulously correct all of my mistakes by reading through everything, I welcome any of you to kindly help me out by flagging those areas so that I can physically edit them myself. I am trying my best to change things when I see them, but if any of y'all come across anything that I missed, please comment exactly where it is with an "EDITPLS" so that I can easily filter through comments and isolate where the issues are! @Varshavimal hi, I do not normally take reading requests, but I made an exception for you. I read your first chapter and i think you have great imagery! I loved the opening sunset description and the way it smoothly flowed into dialogue. Often times, it's hard to switch between descriptors and quotes, so you did a good job with that. My only suggestion is that you split your chapters into a max of fifteen minute bits. I say this only because I've noticed that the longer it is, the more intimidating it is for other readers. BUT other than that, it looks like it has a lot of potential! good job

the final chapter of Playing with Fire has been uploaded. I repeat, the FINAL chapter of Playing with Fire has been uploaded! As promised, I completed it. I know I said that I would upload it around March 6th, but truth be told, the plans I have for my next project--a fantasy romance trilogy--are TOO big for me to put off. It was really difficult for me to continue to write something new while I had an unfinished novel, so I buckled in and got to work.

@Airborne47 hello love, that is a great question and I'm happy you came to me for help! I, too, have found myself jumping around from idea to idea--it's only natural, after all. So yes, while it can be confusing, I want you to understand that it's completely normal and even serves as a good sign because it means your imagination is running wild--and the key to a wonderful book is an untamable imagination. With that being said, I would give yourself an ample amount to time to let yourself really think out all the possible ways your novel could go. That doesn't mean you need to have every detail planned out, but maybe an outline of the major events as a structural backbone could go a long way. My advice would be to give yourself a week, and in that week, jot down literally any idea that comes to you on a separate document. At the end, take a look at what you've written, identify what you want the purpose of your current book to be about, and try and pick out the similar themes from those ideas. Something that I've struggled with myself is letting go of an idea because I used to think that it meant never using it again. But that's actually not the case--the ideas that deviate from the purpose of the story you want to tell aren't ideas that can never be brought to life later. They're just not the right ones for your current book! I hope this helps, good luck <3

After receiving some insight from my previous post, I have some more exciting news for y'all!
1. As y'all know, I did not intend on completing Playing With Fire; however, after having some lovely, civilized and open conversations with some of you in my PMs, I decided against that. I am going to finish Playing With Fire for you, but I need your help. I've decided to make it a fun little interactive contest. To show you how much I appreciate each and every one of you, I would like to open up the floor to hear how YOU would want PWF to end. PM me your best ideas and I will pick my favorite one to turn into a reality! In return, I will give the winner credit for their idea and dedicate the final chapter to that person. Since I would like to move on from PWF sooner rather than later, I will take ideas from y'all until midnight on March 6th. So, PM me those amazing ideas!
2. In addition to receiving input on PWF, I also received a lot of positive responses to me potentially writing a fantasy romance novel for y'all! I plan on writing the majority (if not all) of it beforehand so that I can still focus on myself and my own mental health while also providing you with a passionate and complete story. I will release some kind of teaser to the book as I come closer to finishing. I am beyond delighted and have so much in store for you, y'all have no idea.
