Hey lives, it's been a while since I came on here to do any updates. The last time was in 2019, I believe but since then I've been busy adulting and I think many of my readers from years ago have been busy doing the same thing. Since then I've gone to college, did a few odd jobs and I can say with confidence that I do not like adulting.
I also took a break for writing romance which is my first love and spread my wings by attempting to write fantasy. Fantasy has always been something I enjoyed reading and I respect heavyweights like GRRM and Leigh Bardugo. Who's excited for Shadow & Bone season 2? I know I am.
Anyway, writing The Fury of Gods was a challenge and after over two years this book has taught me a lot of things that romance could not have taught me. I've learned about crafting, character development and world building. Ibeleived I've written a book that the writing gods would seem a good first attempt and I am extremely proud of it. This is not to say I won't be going back to romance because I am currently writing a romantasy with fae, an Oracle and a temperamental dragon riding prince of a curse realm.
As for the books that I have not updated some of them I will be rewriting such as Captive, Arrogant Prince and Ruined Already and a few I've will not be continuing like Jezebel for now. Maybe in the future I will but my taste and writing style has evolved with age (there's less cringe).
As for The Fury of Gods that book with be independently published some time this year.
As of now I'm returning to the writing cave and will probably do another update something next month.
