Sorry to bother you, but I was just wondering if there's any tips you'd give someone who's trying to gain more traction in the trans/lgbt fiction genre?

My numbers are small potatoes compared to those with real traction, so I might be the wrong person to ask, LOL. My only advice is the normal stuff: join book clubs, participate in contests, engage with other writers, and submit your complete books to Ambassador profile reading lists. I think a lot of Wattpad success boils down to consistency and luck. Wish I had more to offer!

@Voyageavecmoi Yeah, definitely! Also, I always get impatient to post things as soon as they’re written, but then have to go back later to edit early chapters, so hopefully waiting is a smart move. And summer is a good time to try and write a bunch…

@rhymeswithfry It's a good idea. I find holding off on reader engagement is the hard part for me. Editing can be tedious too. The sticky sentences report disappeared off my prowritingaid shortcuts, and it's saving me a lot of time lol.
