@CloeTheTealSnake it’s a thing that you can’t, ya know, end your life, until you finish your shampoo and conditioner at the same time and give someone your favorite pasta recipe

i may have a rather small platform but i do have one, and i will use it. i don’t fully support the violence of the protests but i do sort of because without aggression these protests will be ignored and pushed aside. if we want a change in the world we have to be noticed.

@Dazzle_Winchester i respect your opinion but i’m gonna say the boston tea party was not a peaceful protest, it destroyed more than a million dollars of trading goods, thats a riot. the boston tea party made epic changes in the way america was and it would not be how it is today without it. they were rioting for freedom from britain. we are rioting for racism to end. by the cops not giving up their post and continuously harming the protestors, they are part of the problem. they a big part of why racism still exists. america would not exist without riots. also, cops are shutting down black lives matter protests and harming the protesters that are protesting, but yet they do absolutely nothing to shut down kkk rallies. the kkk is an awful, racist group that have murdered and tortured african-americans, the lgbtq+ community, native americans, asians, basically anyone that is not white for hundreds of years and the cops are all, or at least should be aware of that yet their riots supporting racism are not shut down but our riots trying to end it are? that shows the true racism in the system. once again, i fully respect your opinion

@one-armed-bucky
            I definitely believe in the right to protest, especially for this. Everything that's happened recently, and literally all the time, is awful and needs to be stopped. But aggressive protests are just going to send a bad message in my opinion. I get that it needs to be heard, and reading what you said about what's happened even to peaceful protesters, it makes me sick. But I feel like all the aggression and violence doesn't help, in fact it gives the Police legal reason to arrest people and will make people see the whole movement as bad. Plus, like @marvelfan1012345 said, some Police are trying their best and are actually good at their job. The thing about all Cops choosing to work for this system, some chose to work for the system that arrests criminals and keeps people safe.
            I can never understand what it's like to be black, as I am white. But I do know that some people are using this movement for their own gain and to riot and loot, while they don't actually care about what's going on. When people see any type of violence or aggression, they start to either believe they can d the same with no consequences, or that everything linked with this particular violence/aggression is bad and violent. It's sad that the world works the way it does, but I don't believe aggression is the answer. I do respect everyone's opinions (not the racist ones though, obviously...) but I just don't see violence working how people are hoping it will. :(

@marvelfan1012345 i’m glad we could understand each others opinions too. it was nice to hear another perspective on the matter, and i agree overall we both want the same things:)

why do some people only support trump because other people do and they think it’s a personality trait to support him without actually paying attention to politics and they have no clue what he does or what he stands for, and they only support him because he’s our president. disclaimer: for the people who actually support trump and pay attention to politics, i may not support trump but i respect your beliefs.
