Hello there! Welcome!
ABOUT ME
I like looking at the sea, and the sound of French and German. I enjoy seeing people happy and animals eating. I loathe hot weather because I can't think in it. I'm baffled by our pursuit of eternity, truth, and beauty. I believe in clam chowder and takoyaki. I like literature and poetry, philosophy, learning about how the world works, and sleeping.

"nightless ee" is my literary double and an anagram of my real one. Kafka is relevant; he said: "One can disintegrate the world by means of very strong light..." - I aspire to bring literary light to our artificial night.

I write primarily in English; I can read, write, and speak in Chinese as well (Cantonese & Putonghua). As they say, 請多多指教! - I am eager to learn from your advice! I welcome p.m., and appreciate sincere expression of your feelings.

PROFILE & BACKGROUND PICTURES
My profile picture shows me pondering the nature of curry and coconut rice combo. The banner is taken at my former home, facing the East Lamma Channel.

MY WORK
4 major spirits guide my pen: Love, Beauty, Poetry and Melancholy. Serving them with literature is my current preoccupation. I attempt to present the wordless and the ineffable in an enjoyable and more or less approachable way. My works are all a part of an experiment to present emotions in a raw state, where the way of Art is simultaneously explored.
