          "It's a one-night thing. I don't think anybody would remember much anyway." Xavier hoped that to be the case for her because him being prostitute for the first time wasn't going to be as forgettable as Sugar had put it. And, he didn't want her to forget it either. He would make sure she didn't.
          
          Without answering, he rubbed within his sensitive points behind her ears and started trailing a series of kisses on her face. She writhed against him and let out a small moan. She liked what he was doing? He went for her lips and she yielded the instant entry. Damn! The sweet hot mouth made him lose any control he had. In seconds, she was lying beneath him as he went feasting on her mouth. His thrusts were deep and she moaned deep in his mouth.
          
          Her hands were all over him and she had already got rid of his jacket and then, she was opening the buttons down his shirt. He broke away the kiss and took away the shirt. He, again, started kissing. He kissed her jaws, then, her neck. He licked, sucked and she answered with her moan deepening and hands all over his chest. Xavier found the sash of her robe and gave it a hard flick; it opened and fell off by her side. Even if it was dark, he could make out, it was two nice round-mounded. The unfamiliarity of the colour of her nipples nearly undid him. His hand found one of those and kneaded it.

          "You are mad at me. I know I should've been there. I wasn't. Something came up."
          
          Anjali inspected him for a moment too long. Was he speaking the truth?
          
          "So?"
          
          "Sorry?"
          
          "What if something came up? I wasn't asking you to sleep with me or something. All you had to do was to show up. What you did? You left me there. Alone."
          
          Regret floated in his eyes like a piercing dagger. Anjali hated it. She knew what she had done. She had let him peek inside her wolf's clothing. She knew one day she would regret it.
          
          "I didn't plan it."
          
          But she was beyond care. "I am not saying you did. All I am saying you failed me on first day of our marriage. Are you really complaining when I don't want myself to be in such situation again?"
          
          "I didn't mean to. And, it won't happen again."
          
          "I don't believe you. You have already given me the reasons why?"
          
          "This is absurd."
          
          "I thought the same when everybody was making shit about me yesterday. So, you've made enough mockery of the vows you'd made in the marriage. Now, Mr. Singh, back off. I don't want to hear anymore of it."
          
          She could see the recognition in his eyes. He waited before he said...
