Mehana Usha Rani is a pseudonym adopted by an author who has worked in a security agency within the public service of Singapore. Having spent a year examining the stories of many, Mehana has found complexities in every story, just as there are in the people telling them. Now she spends most of her time creating her own set of complex characters. She also teaches English to children aged six to twelve and manages her own website where she shares not only her writing but also her writing journey and her opinions on books and movies. With a degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore, Mehana is also currently pursuing a Fiction Writing course at Lasalle College of the Arts.
