Winner of the Hot Key Books & Wattpad Young Writers Prize 2015!

I'm Maddie, 24, and I'm drunk on books most of the time. I wrote LIKE HELL, HELL TO PAY, and I'm currently working on the final novel of the trilogy, RAISE HELL (updates every Friday).

When I was nine, I wrote to my local paper to complain that the Harry Potter competition questions they had printed were too easy. Then I made a list of suggestions to replace theirs. That probably sums me up more accurately than anything else I could have written here.

In the real world, I work for a reading charity that helps people across the UK feel better with a book. But I'd quite like to carry on making stuff up and living in my imagination full-time. (I'm very attached to places I've only ever seen in my head.)

Feel free to drop me a message or a comment - I always try to respond when I can!
