If you've just happened to stumble upon this page and are very confused right now, the Selection series is kind of The Bachelor set in a dystopian country called Illea. But it's way cooler than The Bachelor, since there are guards and rebels and princes and palaces and beautiful dresses! It's amazing. Go read it now.

The Selection has five full-length novels:

~The Selection
~The Elite
~The One
~The Heir 
~The Crown

There are also several Selection novellas (shorter stories):
~The Prince is a few of the earlier chapters of The Selection from Prince Maxon's POV
~The Guard is a few of the chapters in The Elite from Aspen's POV
~The Queen is a novella from queen Amberly's POV
~The Favorite is a novella from Marlee's POV
~There are also a few chapters written from Celeste's POV that are pretty fantastic

If you haven't read any of the books, I would highly suggest reading them, because honestly, they are all so good.

NOTE! PLEASE READ: as far as I'm aware, none of the books in the Selection series (including the novellas) are available for free on the internet. If they are, it's a mistake, and by reading those illegal versions you're not really supporting Kiera Cass as an author which isn't cool. The books are, however, available in bookstores and most public libraries.
