John Lowry Spartan Capital is an accomplished leader in the securities industry, with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of success. Before founding Spartan Capital Securities, LLC, Mr. Lowry held several leadership positions in investment banking and strategic business development, where he honed his understanding of public and private finance transactions. He has raised over $100B in aggregate capital through IPOs, up lists, follow-on, and debt offerings. Mr. Lowry has also facilitated M&A transactions and provided public and private companies advisory services.

In addition to his successful career, Lowry has a deep passion for philanthropy. Along with his wife, Cynthia, he established the Little John Foundation, which supports children in need during medical, emotional, or financial crises. The foundation partners with reputable charities such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC), and Save a Child's Heart (SACH), among others. Mr. Lowry also supports organizations such as the American Heart Association, Wounded Warrior Project, and the American Cancer Society.
