I'm old, not too old mind you, but old enough to remember what the big black disks were for, that phones weren't something you could carry around in you pocket, that when it was time for dinner Mom would step outside and holler my name and the word "dinner" and the neighborhood communication system would get the word to me within about 5 minutes. I remember testing vacuum tubes at Albertsons to fix the TV. My first exposure to a computer was an Apple II, and there were only a couple of them in the entire school. I learned to type on an IBM Selectric ( spelled something like that) Now you know how old I am, or at least some of you can make an educated guess.
I grew up reading the adventures of Tom Swift, Tarzan, John Carter of Mars, the Boxcar Children, Heinlein, Asimov, Anthony, and lots more. I go to the library now days looking for SciFi and Fantasy that I haven't read.
I an not an author, that is not a talent I was blessed with. I solve problems instead.
I would like to thank all of you authors out there that are taking the risk to write and then share. Good luck to you may you have the success you need to pursue your passions.
