Born in NYC and a graduate of the Fiorello LaGuardia High School of Music & Art with a degree in Studio Art, and Ithaca College with degrees in History, Art History and Music, Mr. Rosenblum was involved with the music industry for a number of years, and has written, been interviewed in, or consulted for editorial and review articles that have appeared in such newspapers, magazines, and online journals as: Billboard, Global Rhythm, Irish Music, The Ithacan, newyorksidewalk.com, and timessquare.com.

He served as a live DJ, on-air radio personality, and buyer / manager for music retailers; HMV and Tower Records, as well as a purchasing consultant, legal rights researcher, and marketing copy writer for companies such as BMG, the Empire Music Group, and Musicrama Inc. In 2004, he consulted and authored sections of the critical work: "World Music: The Basics" (Routledge / Taylor & Francis), and in 2008, refocused his attention on his own writing and soon completed the manuscripts for his first two novels and novellas.

In 2010 he co-founded the screenwriting and media content creation entity Nevekari Enterprises, and in the 2015-2016 global Film Festival and Script Competition season the company received over twenty winning and placing awards for seven scripts in such diverse genres as; Adapted Drama, Science-Fiction, Suspense, and Thriller.

Mr. Rosenblum's interest in linguistics led him to create a number of synthetic languages that have appeared in his literary works as well as in Nevekari projects. As the composer & sound designer of Stubborn God Productions, his purview has included expanding Nevekari scripts in the audio and visual aspects of media. As of 2021 he has edited over 60 promotional videos & films, as well as recording well over 400 music tracks, of which more than 80 have appeared on Nevekari Enterprises film project soundtracks or have been released online.

He is the proud father of two, and maintains residences in NYC and Michigan.
