I'm a hobby writer who likes to share my stories with readers. I write mostly for fun, and I prefer the soppy romantic stuff with a smidgen of conflict and a guaranteed happy ending. I write the kind of stories I like to read, and hope others like them too.

When I read, it's mostly romance, historical fiction or occasionally a bit of fantasy. Some of my favourite authors are Jane Austen, Georgette Heyer, Dorothy L. Sayers, Terry Pratchett, Dorothy Dunnett, Julia Quinn and Raymond E. Feist. I love watching period dramas, TV archaeology, history documentaries and cooking programmes.

My area of special historic interest is Britain in the early 19th century. I particularly love the English Regency period: the manners, the clothes, and how different the world was then to the way it is today.

Thank you, Wattpad, for including "Eternal Flame" in the Featured Stories list. :)
