At 54 years old, Dr. Todd Kevin Young is a testament to a dedicated healthcare professional's profound impact on a small community. Hailing from Springdale, Newfoundland, a town of just 3,000 residents, he has expanded his influence beyond his local roots to improve healthcare across the province significantly. He currently holds the esteemed roles of Medical Director at Main Street Medical Clinic and CEO of MEDICURO Virtual Health Inc., both enterprises he established to advance medical care.

Dr. Young began his healthcare career by earning a Diploma in Nursing from the Western Memorial Regional Hospital School of Nursing in 2001. His journey took him through vital roles as an outpost nurse in Indigenous communities in northern Ontario, where he gained unique insights into diverse healthcare needs.
