Douglas Cotter grew raised in the Georgia town of Snellville. Snellville is an Atlanta suburb. Cotter went to South Gwinnett High School, which is located in the city. He will eventually attend two top institutions in Alabama to further his education. Douglas Cotter, Jr. was then re-bound by new possibilities. He's stayed mostly in and around the city, with trips to DeKalb, Illinois, and Atlantic Beach, Florida thrown in for good measure.
