Diverse & Resilient™

Diverse & Resilient™ is a grassroots organization created to address the lack of diverse, non-majority narratives in all forms of literature, be it fiction or non-fiction. Diverse & Resilient™ is committed to the ideal that embracing diversity will lead to acceptance, empathy, and ultimately equality. 

We recognize all diverse experiences, including (but not limited to) LGBTQIA, people of color, gender diversity, people with disabilities, and ethnic, cultural, and religious minorities. Our mission is to promote or amplify diversification efforts and increase visibility for diverse books and authors, with a goal of empowering a wide range of readers in the process.

In order to accomplish our mission, we encourage individuals and groups involved in many levels of diverse writing—including (but not limited to) editors, authors, readers, book club hosts, supporters or even readers to include the "diversilient" tag to your work. This will ensure easier access to said work so we can add them to the reading lists. Note that stories with diverse themes will be kept in a public reading list on this Wattpad account and outstanding works will be promoted weekly and monthly.
