Dawah (also transliterated daAwa(h); Arabic: دعوة‎‎) means the proselytizing or preaching of Islam. Dawah literally means making an invitation. A Muslim who practices da'ah, either as a religious worker or in a volunteer community effort, is called a dā'ī (داعي).

All I hope for in this world is my mother's happiness. She's my light. She's my dunya. Her tears are my weakness. Her sadness breaks my heart. She is my mirror.  A mirror that keeps me alive.
