            the old weapons locker.  why?  

* that made the woman feel incredibly happy, more-so than she would ever like to actually admit aloud. but then again, she’s already admitting that she loves his voice, why would voicing the fact that he makes her happy make anything weird? when his forehead rested against her own, her free hand moved up to the nape of his neck, an act to perhaps keep him close, her fingers absently playing with hair for a few seconds. but as if on cue, she could feel the wounds starting to close. with that feeling, her hand dropped to her side to the handle of her sword. *  …we should start getting out of here, i should be able to keep up with you.

            i'm not leaving your side, emiko. i'll stay for as long as you want me to.  * the man offered a small smile, hoping she'll be finally healed so they weren't stuck here any longer, it helped that leon had stuff in his hip pouches and his weapons. kennedy had grown extremely attached to emiko wanting to do everything in his power to keep her safe; afterall that's why he joined the force. soon leon rested his forehead against her own as he breathed lightly. * 

i wouldn’t say i’m stuck with you, that implies i wouldn’t enjoy it and wanted to get rid of you.  * the woman offered a slight chuckle then, her hand squeezing his for a brief moment. it was as if she was scared to let go, as if he would disappear if she had. *  no, don’t leave me. stay… please?  * she mumbled softly, her eyes closing as she let out a sigh. her healing ability should kick in here shortly, anyway. *

                “i don’t need to stay close to some old man.    i can look after myself just fine,”    jin ling insisted confidently, his voice naturally loud and arrogant.    he wasn’t the ideal person to be stick with in this situation, but if anyone had a problem then just deal with it.    this teen wasn’t bothered who he annoyed..    but, he was bothered for his safety.    so, even despite his rude words, he still stayed practically clinging to the other’s hip, his eyes frantically darting around.    “where are we going..?”
