Hello, author! I just read "Lovesick" for the fourth time in the space of a week and my God, what an amazing book!!! Their love is so beautiful and so well written, it left my heart warm every time I read it. I just have to thank you for writing this incredible book. and I think if things work out, I would want to re-imagine “Lovesick” as well

@dreaminginfiction yah that was the battle i had (still having too LOL). i was rly torn at first but thankful im committed to doing this in first person even though its been hard HAHA

@alittlebitbias yeah absolutely! I used to only write third, my last fic I wrote in first, but I think my writing is less polished in it…even though it’s my most popular fic lmao but there’s something about it I can’t quite put my finger on. The majority of romance novels I think are first person now, which is what worries me lol

@dreaminginfiction i’ve struggled with 1st vs 3rd as i only write 3rd for my fanfic. but after reading dozens of books the last few weeks to months to get a feel, i felt first will do better for the genre i want. but its been tough making the transition after 8 or so years of never writing in 1st

@dreaminginfiction yah weird how Mor is known for her truth but like .,, constantly lies ?? confusing!! lowkey want her to end up being evil bc she’s a pointless character…. and makes u wonder if Feyre is a super unreliable narrator for everyone to be acting different or if SJM just messed stuff up by switching to third person idk. but nesta would also have a worse view on rhys especially. so idk im not sure if ill read anymore acotar books that come back but ill keep up with what happens. bc eris still isn’t enough for me to read silver flames LOL and i’m obsessed w him

@alittlebitbias oh gosh same, if i don't find out what happened with him and mor and get his whole (unneeded but we'll call it that anyway) redemption story, i will riot! & that was my biggest pet peeve with silver flames, I loved Nesta's journey and all her friends, HATED the way everyone else was suddenly acting completely differently and their characterisation turned on its head, I don't think viewing it from another POV accounts for that for sure

@dreaminginfiction for me it went down hill the second sjm brought feyre’s sisters into it making them fae and immediately putting them in the inner circle. feyre’s too good for them and she kept bending over backwards for them just for the drive of familial love when they don’t do a thing in return. they need to have separate lives in different courts lol. because to me the inner circle is BS and a very toxic forced situation. don’t even get me started on this elain azriel stuff LOL. i respect nestas journey bc ive been where she is at and spent time in therapy but it boggles my mind how terrible she is. but like how rhysand turned into a whole new character and the pregnancy turns me off so bad. feyre become a side character in her story lol … but im like basically in love with eris soooo ill take a book on him anytime
