Forged In Fire begins in pre-war Tokyo and ends with the American Occupation of Japan. It is the story of my mother's childhood and wartime experiences. Although Mom's memoir recounts the hardships of war, it also coveys messages of love and peace. I'm excited to share my mother's story with you!

Like everyone else here on Wattpad I love books and reading. My background is in art and art history but I have always enjoyed writing. I'm a big fan of music, film, travel, road trips and exploring new places. My husband and I live in Los Angeles where I work at a university.
