I have wanted to be an author for as long as I can remember. Since before I could read I was obsessed with the idea of capturing an idea within the pages of a book. It seemed so neat, so perfect. It still does. I love the idea that with the story I tell I might be able to capture the imagination of an audience.

My first novel is called 'The Girl Returns' It's about a girl who becomes stuck in a parallel world and has to struggle to get back. But first she has to overcome the demons that sent her there. It's a sort of horror-slash-fantasy adventure.

I am also writing a historical fiction novel, set in the second world war. It's about a girl who is forced to set out on a journey across war-torn Germany in search of her father.

I am also interested in working with artists. I am keen to explore the idea of mixed media, either by combining my writing with images or music. Get in touch and tell me what you think.
