I live for humorous apocalypses and/or sci-fi. Other genres are okay. Reading is good. My writing style can be described as, "Really, really trying," with a hearty shot of, "Screw it."
Currently: Working on an alien invasion story told from the POV of an alien infiltrator in the human militarized resistance. Themes: friendship, shenanigans, imperialism, the meaning of life, and what it means to be human. (*Poignant and jazzy saxophone solo*)
An English teacher once told me not to quit writing, and it went straight to my bloated head. Prior writing experience: a 5-page story about a cat I crafted masterfully while in grade school.
