According to the most recent federal data, there are currently more than 400,000 children in foster care in the United States.
ProjectFosterCare was created to spread awareness about Foster Care. We read stories about children who lost their parents and are immediately sent to good homes, but we don't read stories about the ones who go through pain and hardships in order to survive. We created this account in order to make those stories more known in hopes that someday something will change in the foster system.
