I like comments. Please leave comments. Don't delete comments. Unless there's a typo.
If you're not the author, don't tell me my comments are disrespectful.
I am so sick of getting paragraphs of rants in response to years old comments pointing out grammatical errors from people who aren't even the author. If you are getting that upset over someone pointing out that the writing is bad or pointing out little errors in an otherwise decent writing, then maybe you shouldn't be on a writing platform on the internet.
Pointing out grammar/consistency errors is not the same as hating a book or being disrespectful.
Also, having bad grammar, or not correctly making paragraph breaks, or not spelling things correctly is NOT a 'writing style.' Just admit you are lazy and get over yourself. Making your writing hard to read is not creative, it is just annoying.
Also, if you have those stupid cast lists at the beginning of your book, I don't care about the rest of it, I will likely just insult you and move on. If you are lazy enough to just have your reference photos available for the audience, then chances are that the rest of your 'writing' will not be good.
Current profile picture is Klaus from the Netflix adaptation of Umbrella Academy.
Also, just a little warning, it happens a lot that I will get a random idea, start writing it down, then realize that I have absolutely no clue how to turn that idea into a story with actual characters.
