As a young academic, I'm fascinated by all things science. I'm also a Christian & proud of my faith :) I love to read and sing; MTBI says I'm an INFJ (but we all know I'm actually a squirrel). I do mechanistic research in the field of neuromuscular physiology for work (not joking!) - and often vent about the tedious nature of said research to my journal or my darling parents. It's a love hate relationship, and probably 3/4 the reason I'm single (the other 1/4 is definitely because I'm literature-obsessed...in a healthy way). In any case, I'm relatively new to Wattpad and expect zero potatoes to read the stories I write (quite literally, because potatoes can't read - sorry to break it to you).
Why do I write?
I've always enjoyed it ('it' being books, words, pens, paper, plot twists, etc). I gave it up when I started university, mainly because my brain was chock full of a ridiculous amount of information; however, the lost pilgrim has ever so briefly wandered back into the fold. In an attempt to appropriately cope with all the nonsense of life, I decided to start writing again. Gosh but is it ever horrible quality, given that all I've done for the last 7 years has been scientific stuff (be concise, blah blah blah, no flowery words, no abstract punctuation, NO OXFORD COMMA *somebody please wake me up*). Heretofore, I expunge APA style and let my imagination take me where it will :)
