Man-made reasoning as an examination field was conceived in the mid year of 1956 during a fundamental workshop at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. It was only a year prior to that when Marvin Minsky, Nathaniel Rochester, Claude Shannon and John McCarthy suggested that they should hold a workshop to assemble a guide about how to make machines think and adapt comparatively to people.
