I'm addicted to deathcore and alternative music, I thought that was necessary to share. The majority of my stories are fan-fictions; others consist of assorted series. I'm an odd child who doesn't give a care about trends, or my image. I've been writing as long as I can remember. Honestly, I can talk about myself for hours, but I'm not going to share things that nobody cares about. I write stories for personal entertainment not for recognition, so do not pressure me into writing another chapter, though - story writing is the majority of what I do with my time. I dislike my work being compared to others, because this is not competition this is where other inspired writers can connect with each other. Everyone is entitled to express themselves through their talent, which mines just-so-happens to be writing; and if you need views and feedback to continue a story, you're truly not a dedicated writer, but that's just my opinion. Sure, feedback would be convient but is that the only reason you write a story, the answer is no. My advise to rising / upcoming writers is to take pride and happiness in your work; do it for you not for the crowd, as it will not gain you success.
