The final version of The Wakeful Wanderer's Guide to New New England & Beyond will be published May 18, 2018, via Smashwords (pre-sale available now for $1 off on iBooks, Barnes & Noble and Kobo) as well as Amazon Kindle. The paperback is available now on Amazon. All links here https://wakefulwanderer.com - or do a search in any of the above for "wakeful wanderer" - I think I'm the only result. I will eventually update the Wattpad version to the final version, but I don't want to lose the position of all those great comments. Thank you so much for following, and I hope you enjoy the final product! - Jim

Thank you for your wonderful feedback on “Lost”! ❤️

Thank you especially for focusing on the male perspective of things. I’m female myself, and up until this point 100% of my commenters have been female, so it’s nice to hear that I didn’t mess things up too badly. =)

Thank you also for pointing out the liquor problem! My inexperience there comes from never having been a drinker myself — but I’ve been given a brief lesson, and will definitely be changing some things there when I rewrite. =)

Thank you again! Your comments have truly been helpful.

I really dig the thing you mention in your bio about having "that moment" when you finally make the decision to go through with the wild idea of actually sitting down to write the damn thing that's been going through your thoughts for so long. I think it's something everyone on this platform can relate to =)

JimInfantino

@TigerBlam Thanks! I was hoping that would be helpful. Sometimes you have to give yourself permission. I know I had to.

For anyone who has read the Wakeful Wanderer's Guide Book 1, I have gone back to rework the beginning. I moved the prologue to after Reverside and rewrote the start of Reverside. I think it's much better, but would love to get your comments on it.

At the risk of being obnoxious, I have also written a book called "How I Write" - a short set of notes to document my process. As time goes by, I think I need to remind myself how and why I do what I do. Feel free to review and comment.

          Thanks,

          Jim
