"Many are the strange chances of the world, and help oft shall come from the hands of the weak when the wise falter."
I grew up in a dinky, little town next to a train track. Trains go by at all hours of the day, but you get used to it after a while. Sometimes you can even see pretty cool graffiti on the side of a car. My neighbors changed every five or seven years, a lot less often than I changed what I wanted to do with my life. I still don't know what I want to do, I probably never will, but I figure if I keep doing what I love and choosing to be happy, I'll make it. I've been writing for several years now and have just begun to taste how awesome it is to create an entire world from pure imagination and some pretty weird dreams. I've been reading voraciously for even longer. There's just something about stories that I love, the way they can transport you around the globe, through space and time, and even to worlds that don't exist in reality. J.R.R. Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, Patrick W. Carr, and many, many other authors have been my inspiration to create because isn't that what we do best? Create?

"Not all that is gold glitters,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost."
