EF 2 tornado went through my town. Reported wind speed of about 115. Friends and family are alright for the moment and all our pets are accounted for. Lots of trees down, lost power for about week and just got it back today, and we won't have internet for some time because wires snapped. At a restaurant with wifi right now so I can tell you guys. I won't be posting much as of right now because there's so much debris to clean up. Stay safe and peace out. ☮️

You have a real talent for writing. Your characters are believable and have many different layers to them. Your plots are interesting and can keep readers engaged. You have rarely, if ever, written a boring scene. I am often complimented on my writing, but next to you I'm mediocre.

@Patchesmimi925 This just made my day. And you aren't mediocre. You write with logic and reasoning; everything makes sense and is placed perfectly within the plot. Your writing, even when it's mainly fictional, has an element of reality that mine just doesn't have. You're amazing at subtly foreshadowing events, and your emotional scenes, though somewhat rare, aren't overdone or exaggerated.
