Fuurinkazan

I am a detective fiction writer. I specialize in stories that has to do with a detective solving a crime using the process of elimination, logic, science, math and psychology.



So what does my username Fuurinkazan (風林火山) mean? It means "Wind, Forest, Fire, Mountain", a battle standard used by Takeda Shingen, basically to use the strategy "as swift as wind, as silent as forest, as fierce as fire, as unshakeable as mountain.".



My mystery stories focuses on bringing light to the mystery and delivering the justice in the end. I focus on two styles in detective fiction, the whodunnit and howdunnit, mostly on locked room murder cases and impossible crimes.



Just in case you're wondering who are the authors that influenced me to become a writer, they are: Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Allan Poe, Agatha Christie, James Patterson, Shin Kibayashi, Gosho Aoyama, Higashino Keigo, MORI Hiroshi and Yuu Watase.
