I'm ElectricZ, ("Hi ElectricZ") and like a bunch of folks out there, I'm trying to write a novel.

I've dabbled in writing my whole life but have never been serious about it. My greatest success with writing complete stories actually comes from writing Mass Effect fanfiction. I've cranked out several short stories and one major work over five years a decade which was the equivalent of 3-4 full length novels. I had a great time doing it but for several reasons, none good, I couldn't muster the drive to complete my own works.

So here we go. If I can channel the effort I put into writing fanfic, I should be able to complete an original work, right? Since I've got a first draft, cranking out a complete novel should be a cakewalk... if I sit down and do it.
