@RoanaMills : I can relate. But don't worry about the technicalities when drafting. Just let the characters take you over and speak through you. Let them become real. Drafting is very rarely pretty. But it lays out the heart of the piece. You need that before all else. Later, you can re-write. And to quote James A. Michener, remember this gem: “I'm not a very good writer, but I'm an excellent rewriter.” It's true for a LOT of authors. It can be for you, too. ;)
