I'm a new writer, hoping to self-publish some of my original worlds/works. To get my courage up to do so, a friend suggested I try my hand at some fanfic and send that out into the world. She thought it would let me see how people felt about my writing style and get me some feedback. I rely on my dialogue and descriptive character movement. I'm not a literary fiction author, though I hope to build that skill. I have a lot to learn.

I have a blog that looks awful, and I'm hoping to connect with someone who can help me build the marketing side on some web design and someone who can do cover art for me so I can self-publish. I'll put the blog link below. Please don't judge me on the face of it. The first 6 chapters of 5 of my original books are there. I write urban fantasies, so fantasies in a modern setting. Read if you're into that. I have my own superhero series and one is both a fantasy and a detective novel (which is actually my favorite series). I think there is some good stuff there. It all gives you a decent view of the different styles in which I write. Thanks for reading this brief post.
