It's December 1st and I decided to let go of another writing baby I'd been holding on to way too tight. I have to learn to let go. I have quite a few short stories that need a home. I figured why not compile them? Hence today's new offering. I tend to be spontaneous about these matters. Some might say borderline paranoid as well. I put a story out in the world and worry incessantly about its reception until I have to trick myself into pretending to not care. Yeah, it makes little sense, but my crazy is 24/7. I hope you enjoy something I write...anything. Don't forget to drop some feedback and vote if you do. Until next time.

Hello all! I am going on a brief hiatus to finish up my novella series. I will be back with updates on my current Wattpad works once the dust settles. Until then, Happy Holidays to my readers in the U.S. and stay safe. - Clarke

In the spirit of Halloween and to pay homage to the art that inspired the story, I uploaded a new book cover for The Devious Mr. Forbes. I've also done a bit of housekeeping (e.g. editing) for smoother readability. Did you know that one of the main inspirations for the story is the fantastic Giallo films from the 60s, 70s, and 80s? In case you haven't yet, check out the first three chapters. But don't do it with the lights off. -Clarke
