It's December 1st and I decided to let go of another writing baby I'd been holding on to way too tight. I have to learn to let go. I have quite a few short stories that need a home. I figured why not compile them? Hence today's new offering. I tend to be spontaneous about these matters. Some might say borderline paranoid as well. I put a story out in the world and worry incessantly about its reception until I have to trick myself into pretending to not care. Yeah, it makes little sense, but my crazy is 24/7. In the spirit of Halloween and to pay homage to the art that inspired the story, I uploaded a new book cover for The Devious Mr. Forbes. I've also done a bit of housekeeping (e.g. editing) for smoother readability. Did you know that one of the main inspirations for the story is the fantastic Giallo films from the 60s, 70s, and 80s?
