My focus is historical fiction. My current novels take place at the beginning of the Tyrolean-Italian conflict (after World War I), set in the Upper Vinschgau Valley of South Tyrol. My second project is exploring Aleksandra Lisowska's rise to power in Sultan Suleiman's harem and takes place in the Ottoman Empire of the 16th-century.
I am also an editor and talent developer. I have worked as a professional editor and was the managing editor of 14 consumer magazines before jumping the desk and pursuing my own writing. I work full-time as a communication and business coach for half the year and full-time writing the other half.
