• Started Second Inning after retirement in teaching profession as prof. in Management teaching MBA and M.Com students and also preparing them in Personality Development and Soft Skills.
• In last 14 years worked in Various Institutes NIIT, Lovely Professional University, Lyallpur Khalsa College and KCL Institute of Management and Technology
• Total Experience of 56 years - Professional - 39 years and Teaching - 15 years and consultancy -2 years
• Empanelled consultant in lean Manufacturing by National Productivity Council and Quality Council of India.
