Okay, time to cut the serious third-person-writing crap. Here's my less pretentious bio:
"Sometimes, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."
"Constructive criticism is always better than over-gratuitous compliments."
Those are my mottos.
Hi, everyone! I'm just a guy who likes to write. Plain and simple. Oh, and don't forget watching movies and reading novels too. So follow me if you wanna read my works, and I promise that you'll not regret it! :D

Or if you really wanna go down this procrastination spiral, you can go check out my vines. I promise they aren't about cute puppies or baby giggling noises:
Or you can not do all those and just read my stories here. :D
A youth between StarTrek-reruns and Tolkien left me an addict of science fiction and fantasy, reading everything from Adams to Zelazny. Once I dreamed of becoming a writer, but dreams are dreams and life wasn't meant to be easy. But I'm still and shall always be an avid reader and sometimes-writer-and a few other things as well.

To take my place at the helm of the Enterprise
And boldly go through those starry skies
Hey I've proved my worth down here on earth
I'm a star trucker, star trucker
And it's time for me to go interplanetary
I'm a star, star trucker "

I'm simply a rather eccentric person who likes to think of herself as a writer.
I probably spend more time contemplating time and space than I should.
Simply walked into Mordor.
Piloted the Millennium Falcon.
Waiting for the TARDIS.
And a text from SH.
And to become a Jedi Master (sooOOooN)
And (still) my acceptance letter from Hogwarts (A lost cause, I'm afraid)
And a portal to Narnia.
AND FOR MY SHIPS TO BECOME CANON. (They will.)
Published author! Look up THUNDERLAND: THE QUEST TO UTHNIR if you'd like a good read and a fantasy epic.
(Note: I wrote it four years ago! I am in the midst of going back over and editing at the moment.)
"We're all stories in the end, so make it a good one, eh?"
"Many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our point of view."
Just another average human being.
I joined Wattpad because I want to improve my writing, and this community is full of resources, including readers. I know I still have a long way to go, so any feedback on, well, anything is super duper appreciated.
- I'm seventeen (for now)
- I have no idea what I'm doing with my life (or, for that matter, what I will do with it)
- I'm kind of weird (mostly in person)
- Je parle français
- Sometimes I blow into a trumpet
- Sometimes I write
Nice to meet ya.
Shoutout to @sergitr_1315 for translating my story into Spanish! I'm incredibly humbled :)

about me: When not writing for Wattpad or traditional publication (yeah... trying...), I work as a software engineer for a games company.
ms since epoch:
1498302522343: my contribution to the online encyclopedia of integer sequences has just been approved ... http://oeis.org/A289006 ... the numbers were discovered while writing and feature in an upcoming short story ... watch this space!
1489824199203: Up-to-date with The Universe Revealed by Wattpad's resident scientist, John Shirey, @jeshi99. A very generous sharing of science fact and spiritual insight.
1464956789959: 'Thelma and the Man in Black' from my FLASHed collection appears in @sciencefiction 's Area 51 ... with awesome reading by @fauxpunker for the Roswell Underground podcast.
1462067884655: posted the last chapter of Companionship ... it's a long one!
1459521025534: finished reading sci-fi masterpiece, The Demolished Man by Alfred Bester ... written in the 1950's is that there is a kind of retro feeling to the story (something that Bester couldn't have intended in writing the book).
1458484225765: I have writers block ... I know what to I want to write, just can't find the words :(
1457533472865: up-to-date with My Grandfather's Time Machine by J.C. Gunn 'aka' @WillFlyForFood ... yay!
1456484036942: just finished reading Solaris by Stanislaw Lem ... a great classic!
In 2002 I decided I would like to write books. In 2012 I finally managed to start. I did a lot of thinking time... and still do!
Several books on the go, and aim to actually finish one this year! Doing this purely for fun and a sense of achievement, and not seeking greatness (although I may dream it occasionally).
Lover of hard sci-fi and adventure, but occasionally foray into myth and legend.
Lifelong fan of Iain Banks (RIP), who inspires me most in writing. Over-user of the word 'the', and hater of the word 'shrugging'.
Favourite books include:
'The Count of Monte Cristo' by Alexander Dumas - possibly the best revenge story ever.
'A Fire Upon the Deep' and 'A Deepness in the Sky' by Vernor Vinge - these epic hard sci-fi stories are well worth a read, even if you're not into sci-fi, as the characters and settings are done to perfection. Deepness is astonishingly good, and pulls off the trick of making the reader care deeply for spiders!
'Dark Materials' trilogy by Phillip Pullman - for its scope and raw emotional ending.
Aubrey/Maturin series by Patrick O'Brian - superb writing that I can loose myself in within seconds of opening any one of the 20 completed novels in the series. My favourite would be 'Desolation Island', for reasons I can't quite put my finger on.
Culture series by Iain M Banks, for bringing us all the highest of high tech in spaceships and AI, and of course those snarky, show-off Rapid Offensive Units. His universe is full of ideas, galaxy-spanning technology, nirvana, and sudden, gruesome endings that always surprise and delight.
If you're after some good reads on Wattpad, check out the writers below, for whom I have great regard:
A reader, I am.
A writer, not so.
I am interested in different writing genres, as far as there is a decent plot, believable characters and a well defined universe. I have, however, a predilection for Sci-Fi, Historical, Fantasy and Crime genres. With all variations allowed.
I like also Romance, however I tend to fly when I find a Mary Sue. Which makes it few stories I find interesting in this genre.
Give me some good smut and I will be happy.
Overall, I need for a story to stir something in me, to wake up feelings, to surround me with soft music.
I do not pretend to be a writer. But you will find my attempts at putting words together in the expectative of forming some decent read. I am but only starting to produce my own music with words. It is probably unequal and clumsy at times.
