I live in New Mexico with one very patient husband, three crazy kids, and assorted pets. I am an avid reader and will read anything, including text books and the backs of shampoo bottles should I get bored enough, though young adult novels are my favorite. Besides writing, I enjoy trying to embarrass my kids as much as possible, attempting too many projects from Pinterest, listening to music (Paramore, Imagine Dragons, Owl City, Linkin Park), dancing (Just Dance anyone?) and was a professional seamstress once upon a time. I am also an unrepentant fan girl.
ABOUT MY BOOKS:
My books all have some sort of historical/mythical element though all are set in current day. Donegal Sidhe is based on legends about St. Patrick and Dream Walkers is based on events in French history involving the Knights Templar.
Curiosity Killed the Crow came about due to my obsession with the cliff dwellings.
All have paranormal/fanstasy elements and of course some romance!
Donegal Sidhe: Army of Sorrow was released July 2012 by Tate Publishing but is currently unavailable.
I am repped by the awesome Serendipity Literary Agency!

I am a pro author, with a number of titles from traditional publishers. But I am also very interested in the growth of online publishing sites like Wattpad, and the way they reduce barriers between writers and readers.
Mild-mannered reporter. Hufflepuff. Aspiring dungeon master. Thanks for stopping by!
I'm the author of the bestselling Flicker series (the first three installments, Flicker, Brightly, and Lights, are available now), and an award-winning reporter.
If you like what you've seen here, there's more where that came from! Be sure to check out my Facebook page for updates about my books:
I love reading and writing. I'm currently president of my school's art and literary magazine. I hope, one day, to become published with one of the stories that I hold near and dear to my heart, which is currently, and will stay off Wattpad.
ON A SIDE NOTE: (THINK BEFORE YOU ACT!) The boy you punched in the hall today committed suicide a few minutes ago That girl you called a slut in class today, she's a virgin The boy you called lame, he has to work every night to support his family That girl you pushed down the other day, she's already being abused at home That girl you called fat, she's starving herself The old man you made fun of cause of the ugly scars he fought for our country The boy you made fun of for crying, his mother is dying You think you know them Guess what? You DON'T! Re-post if you are against bullying. For the sake of maybe not yourself, but someone else. You can stop bullying, why not start now?
I am a published author from Oregon. I love my Wattpad readers and followers and look forward to meeting you all in person at book signings and when I come to your school.
With many books and a couple of kids of my own, I don't have a lot of time to ready everyone's book or reply to all messages personally. But this is what I can do for you:
I love to spoil my Wattpad friends with sneak peaks to unpublished books, deleted scenes, prizes and coupon codes for free gifts from me to you.
Aside from writing and hanging out with you, I enjoy jousting in arenas, planning invasions, horseback riding through open meadows, swimming in the ocean, hiking up mountains, camping in cool shady woods, climbing trees barefoot, and going on adventures.
I love adventures, all different kinds of people, kitties and unicorns.
I sword fight and do archery. I love to remodel old buildings and explore the woods.
I can walk along the ocean coast for miles, looking for shells and pretty rocks or just being mesmerized by the waves.
I love to walk across wooden bridges, hang out in tree houses, and eat black berries off the vine.
My favorite time is in the morning at sunrise and when it rains.
I am in love with writing, Fae, Atlantis and fandoms. I love criticism, so by all means comment about it, because it helps me improve my writing. I base most of my characters off real people or things. My plots can get confusing, and most likely will get confusing, a warning. If you came on here to read about me, read my stories instead, they're much more interesting.
Signing off for now,-Kim
