A young woman has been assigned to the mystery room. Lizzie Bordon has dreamed of being a homicide investigator ever since she was a little girl. She loves the thrill of confronting a murderer and has the quick wit and an imagination to do things most people would never think of. When she is assigned to the Mystery Room with investigator Alfendi Layton, she absolutely adores her job. But soon, however, Alfendi becomes suspicious. He often catches Lizzie singing odd tunes to herself, and, almost always, she is staring at the sky, a far-off and forlorn look in her eyes. So, being the investigator he is, he looks up information on Lizzie, only to find... ...That Elizabeth Andrew Bordon went missing just under 90 years ago. (This story initially follows the events of The Mystery Room, but will carry on to the other games once the Mystery room is finished. I have my own little twists and turns in this plot, so even if you have never played any of the games, I will explain everything.)
